The next weight loss fad...noodles!

People are always looking for the next new miracle food that will help them lose weight and cure them of all their weight related diseases. This time that food is actually noodles! Who would have thought that a carbohydrate could help them LOSE weight!? My advice - opt for fresh fruits and vegetables and unprocessed whole grains to up your fiber intake and stay satiated longer rather than relying on an extracted fiber from a plant that is thrown into processed foods.
