People are always looking for the next new miracle food that will help them lose weight and cure them of all their weight related diseases. This time that food is actually noodles! Who would have thought that a carbohydrate could help them LOSE weight!? My advice - opt for fresh fruits and vegetables and unprocessed whole grains to up your fiber intake and stay satiated longer rather than relying on an extracted fiber from a plant that is thrown into processed foods.

Interesting new research challenging the common belief that the longer one waits to start his child on solid foods, the lower the child's risk for food allergies. Still recommended to wait 6 months before solids though.

Starting some solid foods late boosts allergy risk
